Behavioral Finance: Increasing Resilience and Compliance in the Client-Professional Relationship  CE Pending

Simply by engaging with a professional, every potential client will be asked to do things that they are not already doing: to change certain behaviors, to start some things, to stop some things, to do more or less of other things. Based on the latest research on conditions that facilitate such changes this presentation will model 30 simple, easy to understand and implement, suggestions for the professional that are designed to facilitate resilient and effective relationships between professionals and clients. All suggestions represent a way of being with clients and are independent of knowing anything about the client except that they are human beings that respond and react in predictable ways.
